The clients would be assigned as "No" if the site boundaries have not been
defined or the clients do not lie within the provided site boundaries.

However for pushing the Advanced clients to the XP workstations you do not
need the client to be assigned to a site. The push wizard provides the
option of pushing the Adv. client to target machines outside the site
boundary. The pre-req for clients to be assigned to the site is only for
Legacy clients. This is because even if you push a Legacy client outside the
site boundary, - in the next CCIM cycle (within 25 hours) it will evaluate
that it is not within the assigned site boundary and de-install itself. That
is not the case with the advanced client. It remains assigned to a site,
unless the site assignment is changed by an administrative action.
