>From the logs it seems like a web site with the same
name already exists.

In SMSReportingInstall.log you seem to have just copied
the installation sections. There does not seem to be
any references to deinstall.
But from this log I can see that when you tried using a
Report folder name of "0" it seemed to install correctly.
However, then you try installing again using "0" but this
time the installation fails since it detects the old
installation.
I also see several other attempt to install but in these
cases the Report folder name seems to be blank.

Please could you try the following.

1)Deinstall the Reporting Point by unchecking the Reporting
  Point site system role
2)Check that the files are physically removed from the
  Reporting Point machine
3)Create a new Reporting Point giving it a Report folder
name such as
  SMSReporting_ABC
