Does anyone have any examples or resources on how to write an uninstall
script that i can use to deploy through SMS 2003? I'm Deploying Windows
Service Pack 2 and i need to create a Disaster Recovery plan incase of
failure. My SMS 2003 books refer to a script that i can use but i've
never written one. Anyone?
Re: Making sure Office apps are closed ... you need to make sure that for dependent programs SMS doesn't ...package that had two programs in it. ...Popup-n-kill-Office script and the second one would be the actual Office ... and the actual Office 2003 install script to run whether logged on or not. ... Re: Cant upgrade xp pro to xp pro with service pack1 using SMS 2003 ... I puzzled over exactly the same thing when I decided to push xpsp1a.... I then modified the .sms used to Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 to display the ... Followed the prompts from the Import Package Wizard.... i also set SMS to use a compressed copy of the files. ... (microsoft.public.sms.swdist)
