Setting Up Help Desk Admin Group

I have a SMS 2003 issue. I'm trying to setup my Help Desk Administrators to
be able to provide remote control using the customize SMS Console that was
created for them. According to a Microsoft Article, I'm suppose to create a
global Help Desk Admins Group, make that group a member of the local SMS
Admins Group, and then set the neccesary class securities rights. As of now,
I only need the Help Desk Team to have rights to Collections. I have the
security set for Read, Read Resources, Use Remote Tools and View Collected
Files. Is this appropriate settings or do I have to grant more rights? I
keep getting the Connection Failed error message when trying to use the SMS
Console.
One thing to note....I noticed that there is a local group called SMS Admins
and a global group called SMS Admins. Could this be the problem as well?
Any help will be greatly appreciated
