In the Internet Information Services Manager.. Under Application Pools..
Are all of the Application Pools running??
We have an issue with the Security Accounts under which the SMS application
pools were running.. (I think we had them running under IWAM_ ) but our
security team had placed restricted security rights on it .. might want to
check this..
