Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



Can you look at the client.msi.log file on the clients? Searhc for return
value 3 to see where the installation is failing.
Also check the BITSsetup.log on the clients if there is one. (Should be in
%windir%\system32)
Looks like the client is having trouble getting BITS installed.
