After doing more digging I found a comprehensive list; maybe this will be
of help to some of you..

Advanced Client log Files

CAS - content access (packages from distribution points)

CCMExec - SMS Agent Host

CertificateMaintenance - Retrieving certificates for management point

ClientLocation - Determine which SMS site the client is assigned to

ContentTransferManager - Manages local cache for download-and-execute
programs

DataTransferService - Download of policies from management point

Execmgr - Runs advertised programs

FileBITS - BITS use for download-and-execute content retrieval

Fsinvprovider - Software inventory

InventoryAgent - Discovery, hardware, and software inventory

LocationServices - Determine which management point and distribution point
to use

Mtrmgr - Software Metering Client Agent

PolicyAgent - Policy requests and downloads

PolicyEvaluator - Evaluation of policies after download

RemCtrl - Remote Tools Client Agent

Scheduler - Launch scheduled tasks

SMSCliUi - Use of Systems Management program

StatusAgent - Creation of status messages

Client Installation Log Files
