Jack,

Did you test this package in your lab first before sending it to everyone in
your org? The client logs will tell you why it's not launching. It could
be any number of things. Depending on the client type (legacy or advanced)
the logs will be different, so I can't pinpoint it for you now. Also, check
the status system. Look for status messages from a particular client (this
is an in the box query). That might help as well.

If you are still stuck, attach ALL the logs from a client that is failing,
as a zip attachment and I'll have a look.
