MACs and IPs for All Computers

I did this once and now I can't remember which report I used in the SMS
reports site. Heck, I can't remember if I used the reports or the sms
console but I would think it was the report site.

I need a report that has contains the name, ip and mac of all the PCs in an
SMS site. I can purge out extra info if there's one that has more than that.

Does anyone know of one off-hand?
