The Syncxml advertisement take care of that for you, as long as it is work
you don't need to do anything.

Short question:

The "Microsoft Updates Tool Package" for ITMU contains the
scanwrapper.exe and syncxml.exe programs. Its' distribution points should
be updated on a schedule since the wsusscan.cab/wsusscn2.cab file is in
the same source directory. Right?
