Date is quickly approaching and I need to know couple of things. By using
SMS, is there any way of listing which systems are vulnerable and whats
the
best way to patch these systems? Thanks in advance.

I imagine you are talking about the DST update -- there are a lot of 'MSFT
Patches' out there ;)

First, give this a read:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/timezone/dst2007.mspx

from that link:
Supporting the DST changes on Windows operating systems
Updated time zone definitions will ship with Windows Vista, however earlier
versions of the operating system will need an update. For Windows XP Service
Pack 2 (SP2), Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
(SP1), Microsoft will release a single global time zone update which will
include changes for the United States DST change.

To cover the basics, deploy the updates to the supported platforms you are
managing.

There are also Exchange server updates and Outlook updates that you need to
be aware.
