Currently our SMS still keep the record for those old PC which has been
remove long time ago. May I know how to remove the unavailable PC from our
SMS database so that we can have a complete hardware inventory.

Make sure that you have the delete old computer sms site tasks enabled.
Also, be sure that you delete the old computer account from active
directory, otherwise the AD discovery task will find those old computer
accounts and create discovery records.
