According to
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sms/sms2003/opsguide/ops_9p7p.mspx?mfr=true
(which has examples), mifgen is available from the BackOffice Resource
Kit 4.5.
Question, though: what information are you trying to get using this mif
file? If you are trying to get SMS to import the serial number for
computers, that is already available in SMS. Often in BaseBoard,
Serial number, or sometimes in Computer System Product, Identifying
number.
Alternatively, if you can describe what you are looking for, I may be
able to guide you to a solution.
