I'm running SMS 2003 on a Windows 2003box, with SQL2000 SP3 on the same box.
I am using windows authentication method with advanced security. This is a
fresh install. My problem is that some of my client agents aren't reporting
back to my SMS administrator console.

I specifically looked at a few client agents and on the machine in which
their installed - file and print sharing is turned on, the client agent
itself falls within the proper site boundaries (subnet and site), all
components are installed and enabled, is has discovered my site server and
heartbeat discovery is enabled yet the clients don't show up in my admin
console. The resource (computer) does, and it does say that it is assigned
but everything else is left blank (i.e. client type, site code). If my agent
doesn't show up in my admin console, that means that I can't get any kind of
inventory on the machine (reports, queries etc...).

Here is a little snippet from the end of my client location.log for on of my
    agents...

grateful is someone could help me out with this. THANKS!
