    Can anyone guide me on a little journey on how to resolve an issue I have
    with 2 PC's that are not reporting the inventory properly?

    I have deployed SAV Corp 9.0 onto our desktops @ work and for the most part,
    the PC's are responding nicely. However, I have 2 PC's that I am unable to
    get a report back saying that SAV 9.0 is installed yet I can manualy see the
    app is running.

    I have read the article on:
    http://myitforum.techtarget.com/articles/1/view.asp?id=1650 and have not
    come across anything that sticks out on the logs for one of the 2 PC's. I'm
    working on the 2nd one soon enough.

    The logs would suggest that SMS has received the .sid file and it has been
    processed, yet after re-running the query, I am still not able to see it.

    What can I provide you to better resolve the issue?
