How do I create the following Software Inventory Report

I don't know SQL so I am hoping someone can help me out.
I want to create a report that does the following.
I wnat to generate a list of all the computers (in AD) and then show a list of all installed applications.
I am looking for ths to be available in a simple format so I can see the list of computers and the list of applications easily.
