POP up appears saying that the install will run in 5 minutes... the
installation seems to start but never does really.

When you are sending your package to the machines in your collection does
the machine get the notice that the package is going to run? It's been a
while since I did the refresh through the solution accellorator but I
think the user has to ackowledge the refresh before it will run.
