modifying gpedit

I was wondering if it is possible to modify gpedit using SMS Installer. To
be more specific, I want to change the setting of "Local Computer
Policy\Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\ System\ System
Restore". Currently "Turn off System Restore" is enabled and therefore I'm
not able to push Windows Media Player 10 to my clients. Enabling the service
in the registry by itself does not solve the issue. Once I manually change
the configuration in gpedit.msc the package works without any problems.
