Just delete those from your script.
SMS Installer will pick up many things that need to be cleaned out,
including temporary files.
It will pick up a ton of stuff in the registry too (no matter how clean your
system is).
Not just SMS but all scan tools will.
So you need to go through and clean the registry captures as well.
Not doing these things will mean you are pushing out reg keys and files to
your clients that aren't needed and potentially will cause instabilities.
