Trouble creating a package

I installed the SMS Installer on a standared image machine, to try to create
a package. I run the SMS Installer, and select repackage, point it to run a
cmd file (cmd file basically replaces files to a newer version). The
installer scans my system, runs the cmd, and rescans the system. When I try
to compile the package I receive the following. C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\Perflib_Perfdata_8cc.dat could not be
opened. Please check the spelling of the filename and that the file is
accessible. I search for that filename and could find it.
