Absolutely...
Although if you own WISE, I would suggest to keep using WISE. It is a
professional tool, SMS is getting out dated and the MSI's it creates aren't
that great I've had issues. But it is good for simple things or if you
don't want to spend money.
If you are having issues with a WISE msi though I would post to the WISE
forums.
If you are having issues with SMS delivering the WISE msi I would post to
sms.swdist.
