You should post this to a SMS newsgroup dedicated to these problems as you
will recieve more help and consideration.
SMS.admin, sms.setup, etc... this one deals with "SMS Installer" (a utility)
questions.
Some things to think about though...
is this the first time you've worked with SMS?
Have you set boundaries for your clients?
Have you installed IIS with the required components for a Management point?
Have you enabled a management point in the sms admin console...
Have you enabled a discovery method?
A machines being discovered?
Any issues or problems reported in the log files?
Do you have DNS and WINS or just DNS?
...
anyway these are questions other in the other newsgroups are going to want
to know.
