You know I haven't used SMSI to create a mif file as part of an installation
in a long time...
But I just did a quick test and it didn't create a mif for me either. (It
is supposed to place it in the windows directory). There must be something
else that it looks for when doing the install, my test was just a basic
install that pretty much did nothing, and my machine is not a sms client...
so maybe with a little playing around I can figure out the exact
requirements, unless someone else knows.
However I did find on myitforum.com a script rod trent made that lets you
create your own mif file by just adding to your script instead of using the
gui.
