Only SMS server being assigned to the site. Clients won't.

I ran AD Sytem Discovery and I have discovered all the PC's in the network
but only the SMS server itself shows that it is assigned to the site. I'm
using advanced clients only. The roaming boundaries must be right or the SMS
server would not be attached either. I checked the system status under AD
System Dicovery and it says AD system discovery read the AD container and
found 1 valid AD container in the site control file. It identified 126 others.
My guess is that it is a rights issue but I'm not sure what I should check.
I have SMS server in the domain admin group. Help if you can!
