I think this is a fine idea.
I think it would probably be even better as a KB article from MS or an
article on myitforum.com.
Including not just bugs but other limitations, i.e. # lines in a script, #
variables in a script, ... I know lists of these do appear in places but
would be nice to have one big centralized list.
