OK you want to have a script that:
Copies a file from one place to another folder
Writes that file name to a file
Then SMS reads that file name
and copies a different file name to a different folder using the name in the
list?
Can you give more specifics, I'm not understanding exactly what you are
wanting to do.
So tell me first what it is you are trying to accomplish in general (not
through SMSI, but what is it you are trying to do overall)
Then tell me details of what you would like SMSI to do.
Once I know more about it, it doesn't sound like it will be too hard to
accomplish.
