Make sure your BITS service is running and you have allowed the WEDAV extension in IIS is allowed and prohibited. Also in the Add/Remove programs section of your Server make sure to install the BITS extension for IIS.

     Checking the ccmsetup.log on the client
     I can see an error :
     Source \\server name\SMSClient\I386 is inaccessible
     Although I can access from the client to the server
     directory
     Any idea ?
