SCCM Client Install Issues

I have several machines that do not install SCCM and the end of hte
log file looks like:

I have a hunderd machines that did not fail. Is this issue a security
issue? A Trust Issue? A "digital signature" issue as stated in the
error (Yea, I know... believe the error.)...
