The error messages all seen to be related to the sender, so go check if you
have a sender address defined. In your console, <primary site>, site
settings, Sender, if one doesn't exist, create a new Standard Sender to your
DP servername.

If one does exist, double-check that you've spelled the name of the child
server correctly (not that I've ever done that. Twice) ;-)

If you think the sender looks fine... well; it obviously doesn't think so.
Delete the sender. Wait a few minutes; and then recreate the sender, and see
what happens.

Duplicate the steps for checking the sender to the parent from the DP.

Normally I'd also say double-check that computer accounts are in each
other's local groups for communications, but the error message is an error
code 5 indicating access rights issue--it's clearly stating that the
connection doesn't exist.
