I just got this SMS duties and my Manager wanted to go with SCE 2007, mainly
bcuz it has options to monitor 30 servers.
So if it's not compatiable then that means I have to have a fresh install
of SCE 2007 and what about the Data.....collections and clients on users
computer (I have approx. 400 desktops)
Garth, I would really appreciate your help with installing SCE 2007 onto a
new box where we are installing MS Windows 2008.
Thanks

You do know that SCE 2007 is not compatible with SMS 2.0 or SMS 2003. Why.
would you go to ConfigMgr 2007?

I am installing/configuring MS System Center Essentials 2007 on MS Windows
2008 server. I like to get advised and help in the following areas:
Would MS System Center Essentials 2007 work on 64 bit Editions or 32 bit
on
Windows 2008?
I already have SMS 2000 in our environment, How can I re-install client on
400 desktop? Do i really need to or I can use the one from SMS 2000?
