change domain's client

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello does anyone ever change the domain of a client.

In my laboratory I have two sites in different domains, forest and
what I did is change the domain of the computer, restart and in the
client change the site assigned to it. The things is that I what to
do that in production and they are more than 500 advance clients.

Any suggestions?

Regards
