You can turn on/off the firewall just to make sure there is nothing wrong
with the client but your MP or IIS might have an issue. When I had this
before I was forced to reinstall the MP as well as IIS. I know I have heard
other having to do the same thing. The MP passed the tests but just wasn't
doing its job.
The process took me about 5 hours to remove, reinstall, test and watch a
deployment. In 2 years I have only had to do this one time.

I only have one server that has all the roles and only one Site..
My server settings are this:
Standar Server Properties:
Maximum Concurrent Sendings:
All sites: 5
Per Site: 3
Retry Settings:
Number of Retries: 2
Delay Before Retrying: 1
The error presents itself on the log a couple of times and then i get the
error message:
OutgoingMessage(Queue='mp_[http]mp_locationmanager',
ID={B70BDB4B-9BBA-4312-9542-9ABAA0B742FF}): Will be discarded (expired).
And the package never installs.
We've had SMS for about a year and this is the first time it has given me
any trouble.

Check the sender settings. We have this every so often but the server
retries and gets the package sent off.
Can you access the share from the primary site computer to the DP

I'm Getting this error message on clientes when I deploy a package to them:
HTTP ERROR: URL=http://NTPSMS0001/ccm_system/request, Port=80, Code=12152,
Text=ERROR_WINHTTP_INVALID_SERVER_RESPONSE
I already ran MP Troubleshooter and it came up ok.
What could be the problem, where on the server can i find more info that
would help me with this.
Thank You
