Hi Bill,
This link may help you--you need to modify the SMS_def.mof to collect this information using hardware inventory and then you can create the queries you're looking for.

I'm trying to get an accurate listing of my SMS 2003 SP3 Advanced Clients
actual cache size setting (its max size, not how big it currently is). I
thought that doing a query using the attribute: SMS Cache Config - Size,
would work, but...it's not reporting ANYTHING for over 80% of my clients,
and, those that it did report are not always right (I only have two sizes,
the default 250 MB, and, what I changed it to, 1 GB--which is what I'm trying
to get all of them up to).
How can I get an accurate query or collection built showing the actual size
setting?
