Jocarr,
Yes, I used CCMClean, tried it twice in fact. When the agent reinstalls I
still only have the two selections Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation
Cycle and User Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle under actions and the
server still shows as a non-client system.

What method did you use to uninstall the SMS Client? I've seen where
if a system had a previous install of the client, the SMS ID stays
behind and can cause this issue. The ccmclean.exe program will remove
these keys.

OK, this is SMS2003 SP2 running on 2003 server with Advanced client installed
on 2000/2003 servers.
Problem is the servers are not showing as client under SMS Console, on the
client agent, it shows the site listed but under actions I only have two
actions available:
Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle
User Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle
How do I fix this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client,
no change.
SMS sees the servers under the non-client systems query and the boundaries
for the server IP segment are set correctly.
