Accidentally selected "Delete special"

Hi All

I accidentally selected 'delete special' instead of delete for a
collection on central server. All the clients were gone after this. I
created a collection with criteria ' where name is like ABCD%'. The new
collection is showing up machines but there is not site code,no domain
code and client and assigned status is NO.

However the local site to which these clients belong are showing the
clients in normal condition.

I think 'delete special' has removed clients from the central server
database.

How can I get the clients back on central??? Do I need to initiate any
force replication which will send the info to central.

Thanks
Nitinn
