Data interchange standard?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there's an XML data interchange standard between
asset management systems? i.e. an XML standard that allows for data
interchange between Zenworks and/or SMS and/or LANDesk?

We're developing a custom application for computer asset inventory
control and I'd like to ensure our exported files conform to any specs
that already exist.
