Re: New to SMS - general question

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Take a look at Remedy's web site there is an Add-on to Remedy to import data
from SMS into the Remedy db.

I am unable to run SMS Administrator Console as the following user using
"run
as" with a service account. Receive the error,
"C:\smsadmin\bin\i386\sms.msc
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it
has no enabled devices associated with it". I am however able to run the
console from my local machine and from the SMS server with the same
account.
I have tried to de/reinstall and change the install directory from the E/C
drive. I am not the SMS admin, but I have been tasked to create an SMS
feed
into Remedy ARS. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
