SMS MP on Secondary Sites Error

I am constantly faced with my MP shutting down on my secondary. I
normally fix it by just stopping both IIS and sms services including
the sms agent host service. Sometime i have to kill the ccmexec.exe
process first for the agent host service to stop. Once done i start up
iis, and the sms services and then do the normal checking of the MP
with mplist and mpcert. It would work fine for a week then eventually
die agian.

Has any one had this same issue?

I am currently on sms 2003 with sp1
HPscantool installed
microsoft windows update scantool installed
