I had to reinstall SMS 2003, I first installed SMS 2003 SP1,
restored the DB from a copy and then installed SP2. Now I having
this same problem. The error I am getting is:

I am using Advanced Security and the computer account of the SMS
server is in the local admin group of my separate SQL server. If I
login as a domain admin it works fine. Ideas?
