ITMU Updates not available in query

I installed ITMU in July-06, as far as I can tell everything is working
fine. My issue is, when I created a Collection to contain all desktops
that need update MS06-040. The properties of the query are" Attribute
Class: Software Update, Attribute - Update ID, Operator is equal to:"
the properties of this field only go up to MS06-036. I can see update
up to MS06-051 in the Software Updates node in the console. I can also
run reports and see there are still clients that need this update. If I
edit the query and put "MS06-040" in the properties replacing
"MS06-036" the query returns nothing.
So the question is, why aren't updates from MS06-036 and above showing
up when I try to build the query?
We have 1 primary server SMS 2003 SP2, 10 Secondary Sites SMS 2003 SP2.
