Running a site reset should recreate missing accounts/groups.

Hello ,
Since installing SMS2003 service pack 2 I have been receiving the error
message,
MP could not complete a task when processing Hinv.
Check the logs for clues. Possible cause: Out of disk space.
Solution: Increase the disk space, remove unprocessable files.
When i checked the logs and digged deeper, it seems like there is a
problem accessing the SQL DB for the site. this is from the security
event viewer on the SQL Server,
Event Type: Failure Audit
Event Source: Security
Event Category: Logon/Logoff
Event ID: 529
Date: 3/14/2006
Time: 2:13:13 PM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: MMIWEBSENSE2
Description:
Logon Failure:
Reason: Unknown user name or bad password
User Name: SMS_SQL_RX_999
Domain: MMIWEBSENSE2
Logon Type: 3
Logon Process: NtLmSsp
Authentication Package: NTLM
Workstation Name: MMI000109
Caller User Name: -
Caller Domain: -
Caller Logon ID: -
Caller Process ID: -
Transited Services: -
Source Network Address: -
Source Port: -
So after some more research it seems like the account SMS_SQL_RX_999
doesnt not have the rights to access the db although all this was
working fine before the upgrade. My problem now is i cannot find this
account anywhere and i am not sure if i am to create it and where it is
suppose to be created or if i am to re install the service pack. if
anyone can shed some light on this situation i would greatly appreciate
it .
Thank you
Ahmad..
