I think you have a DNS problem then..

You can access the files through \\servername\sysvol\isplant.gov.pk\policies
but not then you type \\isplant.gov.pk\sysvol\isplant.gov.pk\policies??

Oki.. if you try to ping isplant.gov.pk should a DC answer your ping.. if
you get "ping cannot find the host" you have a serius DNS problem.
Then you have to check if the DNS is AD intigrated and you have Dynamic
updates checked and that all the DC are pointing there DNS to the DNS server
you have and not on any External DNS..

sir these files are exist in same location another thing i cant access it
from run command by typing this path, i accesed that file through
\\servername\sysvol\isplant.gov.pk\policies rather than
\\isplant.gov.pk\sysvol\isplant.gov.pk\policies

what's the problem......???

if they don't exist copy the files manually from %SystemRoot%\inf

Then try to run rsop.msc again to see if it runs succefully

If it runs succefully try rsop remotly on the computers you have trouble
with..

I am using SMS2003 SP1, and I am having an issue with trying to
refresh
some
of my machine (machine policy) remotely. I get the WMI error 70:
Permission
Denied popup box. I have the Domain Admin's AD group on all
machines
as a
local admin, and our SMS account is a part of that group. This is
happening
on both Win 2k SP4 and XP SP1/SP2 machines.

Could anyone be so kind and point me in the right direction to find
the
answer?
