You didn't really answer the question.
The filename for internet explorer should definitely be iexplore.exe, if
you have a file called iexplorer.exe then I have no clue what it's purpose
would be.

You can take "browse" and pick out the file you wan't to do software
meetering on.. That's the easiest way to get the right thing..
