I've done that before. Deinstalling and reinstalling the site will do
the trick, but that is a rather drastic solution.

My approach was to go into SQL Server and duplicate the records in the
relevant database table. Any kind of direct database manipulation is
dangerous, so if you're not comfortable with how to do that, it's worthwhile
to call PSS.
