Kim is right, SMS Server needs NetBIOS ports to communicate with their clients.

By the way, McAfee VS and FW use policies, you could allow the subnet IP of your
servers to communicate with wks. Same idea for the IPS.
McAfee provides a solution to manage SDAT, firewall policies and products remote
installation which is known as ePO.

We are using SMS and ePO, both tools live togheter without hurts.
