Getting Msg 2342 Followed by Error 2302 Every Hour, Distribution Manager Error

Here is the description of the errors I am getting in the component
status under the sms_distribution manager. The distribution is
retrying every hour cuasing these errors. I cannot figure out why the
packages are not being pushed out. DAL01 and FTW01 are 2 servers that
are set as distribution points that I am trying to push this package
out to. The package is not getting pushed out to the dist points and
the sms package folder has yet to be created on either dist point.
