Re: SMS 2003 server not discovering clients.

Hi Rajan,

first let's concentrate on the MP issue: "Product: SMS Management Point --
Error 25051. Internet Information Services BITS support is not installed".
Seems like your MP is not working correct (also have a look at mpsetup.log
and mpmsi.log). You have to enable BITS for your IIS (Control Panel > Add/Rem
Programs > Add/rem Windows Components > App Sever > IIS > BITS extensions).
Then remove the MP role, wait for the complete removal (watch logs mentioned
earlier) ans reinstall the MP again (watch logs for success/failure). I also
suggest that you download the SMS 2003 Toolkit 2 and use the
mptroubleshooter.exe to determine if the preinstallation requierements are
met.
