Hi, Susana,
If you run setup for SMS 2003 and click through without making any changes,
it should automatically offer to do a reset.
I don't think the paper is exactly accurate when it says that changing the
account will give you a site reset - I don't believe it does the same
processes with regards to the SMS services. Also, the reason why you see
Local System and can't change the account is because you are running in
advanced security, which we didn't have back in SMS 2.0. So no problem
there.
