Today i got the same error. Running windows 2003 srv with sp1, sms with sp1.
Yesterday i installed the security scan tools, and today i wanted to
configure the scan tools. I configured a client in the Security Scan
(Pre_production) Collection, and after a few minutes got the error.
This was in a VPC enviroment.
