Remote Control Problems SMS2003 SP1

Problem
Remote Control Agent keeps being removed after reboot on 10% of
machines
There is no pattern which we can find to why this is happening.


Network
Predominantly W2k
SMS2003 SP4
35,000 Networked SMS Clients all running SMS2003 SP1
9,000 machines based in the UK
10% of the UK machines have a broken Remote Control Agent
Nothing has recently changed on our network and no software has been
deployed.

All of the logs look ok from what I can find.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
